Welcome to Manifex (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions
(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Manifex mobile
application (“App”) and related services.
By accessing or using Manifex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your
country) to use Manifex.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your uploaded content complies with these Terms
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us
immediately at support@manifex.me.
2. User Content
2.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all photos, images, text, notes, and other
materials you upload (“User Content”).
2.2 License to Us
By using the App, you grant Manifex a limited, non-exclusive,
worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content
solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
2.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload or create content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
- Includes harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these rules.
3. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
3.1 In-App Purchases
Manifex may offer paid features, subscriptions, or credit-based
downloads.
All payments are processed securely by approved third-party
providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google).
3.2 Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the
renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription
through your app store or account settings.
3.3 Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless required by applicable law.

3.4 Access After Payment
Upon successful payment, your subscription or credit balance will be
updated.
Manifex is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider
errors.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Manifex for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App
- Circumvent security measures
- Interfere with the App’s normal operation
- Upload malware or harmful code
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and software related to Manifex (excluding
User Content) are owned or licensed by us.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or modify the App
- Use our branding without permission
- Create derivative works from the App’s features or designs
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Misuse paid features or credits
You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by
contacting us.
Upon termination, your User Content may be permanently deleted and
cannot be restored.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Manifex is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of
any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Stored content will always be available
- All features will work on all devices
Use the App at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifex is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues caused by third-party providers
- Device or system failures
Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for
the service in the past 12 months.
9. Third-Party Services
Manifex may integrate with or link to external services (e.g., cloud
storage, payment providers).
We are not responsible for:
- Their content
- Their policies
- Their performance or errors
You should review their individual terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective once posted in the App.
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
Continued use of Manifex constitutes acceptance of the updated
Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence
unless otherwise required by local regulations.
